Everything was lovely, the parking was onsite, the room was a decent size and freshly decorated. We had a lovely bedroom. The staff from start to finish were thoughtful and very hospitable. The hotel's location was particularly good, near the leisure complex, walk/drive/bus to Lytham and the huge beach for a dog walk.

Had real good stay for a second night. I truly enjoyed the room, which was brand-new and en suite. The hotel was in a perfect and nice location very close to bars and restaurants and restaurants. I often went to Seafarers to pick up some food.
Facilities were very good, however Wi-Fi was rather slow.
